A whole-body treatment that works with your body, not against it
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a holistic, non-manipulative touch therapy with its roots in Osteopathy. It combines Western understanding of biology and human anatomy with body awareness skills and a specialised type of touch that helps your body's systems relax and unwind.
Sessions are deeply calming. Clients often describe feelings of warmth, heaviness and profound relaxation during a treatment — and many report that those feelings carry through into their day-to-day lives long afterwards
